Some weeks give you a real reminder of why you do what you do.

Over the past few days, we have received some wonderful feedback from our customers, and I could not be prouder of the HP Cleaning & Support team.

The comments have highlighted the things we work hard to provide every day: friendly and reliable support, a high standard of cleaning, and a team that takes the time to understand the people we work with.

One customer described our team as helpful and friendly, while another praised the ladies who carry out their regular cleans for being on time, trustworthy and good company. We also received feedback from a customer who has been using HP Cleaning & Support for around two years and said they would have no hesitation recommending our cleaning and support services.

More Than Cleaning

The feedback means a great deal because our work often goes beyond completing a cleaning checklist.

HP Cleaning & Support provides cleaning and practical support across Bradford and Keighley, and building positive relationships with our customers is an important part of the service we provide.

For some customers, that may simply mean knowing they have somebody reliable coming into their home each week. For others, the support and companionship side of what we do can be just as important as the cleaning itself.

A Team to Be Proud Of

The feedback belongs to the whole team.

Our cleaners and support workers are the people representing HP in customers’ homes every day, and it is lovely to see their hard work recognised directly by the people they support.

HP Cleaning & Support describes its team as friendly, caring, reliable and trustworthy, with staff receiving regular training and Enhanced DBS checks.

Seeing those same qualities reflected back to us through customer feedback is something I am extremely proud of.
