Our star for this month has to be the one and only that gets away with calling me ‘Ma’am’

What can I say this guy has gone way above the call of duty this month, he’s worked every day for me, stepped in at short notice when we had a customer who’s wish was to come home for his final days.

Phil has worked to ensure the housekeeping was kept just as our customer loved it. He’s provided companionship to him and his son in the final few weeks.

Phil has then gone onto assist with the packing up of the house and assisting our customers son following our customers passing last week.

What can I say Phil we have all been so so proud of you this last month.

You could not have given more if you tried and our customer wishes were met right to the very end thanks to you.
